Olita Chef Line is a product designed for the needs of Food Service operators: its composition is made up of vegetable oils and extra virgin olive oil (40%); it is also flavored with Mediterranean herbs and enriched with Vitamin E and B6.
Ingredients: sunflower seed oil with high oleic acid content, extra virgin olive oil (40%), corn seed oil, vitamin E (0.042%), Mediterranean herb aroma (0.035%), vitamin B6 (0.0015 %).
Vitamins. The product is enriched with vitamin E, which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and with vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The high percentage of extra virgin olive oil makes it a versatile and tasty substitute. Its fatty acid composition is optimized: the choice to add sunflower seed oil with a high oleic acid content to the EVOO (rather than conventional sunflower seed oil) increases the quantity of this element, a monounsaturated fat which – in addition to giving good stability to the oils in which it is present and good resistance to high temperatures – gives foods a healthy plus also from a nutritional point of view.
TRY IT WITH
It is ideal raw on salads, vegetables, meat and fish dishes. It can also be used for the preparation of soups and sauces. Furthermore, it is particularly suitable for frying due to the presence of high oleic sunflower seed oil and extra virgin olive oil.
Furthermore, the presence of the Mediterranean herb aroma helps to significantly reduce any unpleasant odors released during cooking, thus obtaining crispy and delicate fried foods.
