CHARACTERISTICS
Topazio Sunflower Oil is characterised by a high unsaturated fatty acid content. In particular, sunflower oil contains a large amount of linoleic acid, a polyunsaturated fatty acid.
An abundance of polyunsaturated fatty acids is an important factor in controlling the level of cholesterol in our bodies as part of a healthy, balanced diet.

It is very versatile, with many uses in the kitchen. It can be used to dress salads or vegetable dishes, to make sauces and mayonnaise, preserve foods in oil, or as a frying oil.
