Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.
A very refined condiment to enrich various dishes and also try “inventive” combinations: from sweet to savoury, on vegetables and fruit, on meat, fish and aged cheeses.
It must be produced exclusively in the vinegar cellars of the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia. It matures in oak and chestnut casks for 2 months, at least.

A classic flavour wine vinegar specially produced from selected Italian Wine cellars. It is a key ingredient in both traditional and innovative cuisine. Particularly suitable to fresh and boiled vegetables, on boiled foods, to make sauces, in the dressing of meat and fish. Acidity 6%.

“Balsamic Vinegar of Modena P.G.I.” meets fig pulp. Made from “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP” (65%) and slowly cooked with the pulp of figs. It is recommended for roasted meats and fish.
